Position: Account Coordinator
Reports to: Tanya Tucker, VP Client Partnerships
Department: Client Services
Salary Range: $50k - $60k
Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days work from home
Job Purpose:
The Account Coordinator supports the effective operation of the Client Services team by designing client-facing deliverables, managing internal workflows, maintaining legal documentation, and executing key administrative tasks. This role blends project coordination, communications support, and operational execution to ensure excellence in client services, smooth day-to-day operations, and meaningful contribution to strategic initiatives.
Specific Accountabilities:
1. Execute client deliverables (30%)
- Design and polish client executive summaries and presentations using Canva
- Prepare donor sentiments, clip and clean audio recordings for executive summaries
2. Manage task and workflow execution (25%)
- Manage and track tasks using Asana
- Take meeting notes to ensure proper documentation and distribution of action items
3. Maintain information and compliance documentation (25%)
- Keep master lists up to date (ask strategies, reports, client organization charts, etc.)
- Support the preparation and processing of state-level legal documents and agreements required for client operations
4. Manage and execute administrative tasks (20%)
- Monitor customer service voicemail messages
- Provide support for company-wide meetings and events
- Maintain internal team calendars
- Own general administrative responsibilities
- Assist with strategic projects as needed
- Other admin/office tasks, as assigned

Knowledge & Skill:
- Project management and marketing/non-profit experience
- Ability to think strategically and work independently
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced design skills using Canva
- Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
- Salesforce and Asana experience an asset
