What We Are Looking For

• Effective communicators who connect donors to the causes that matter most to them, inspiring their generosity
• Natural conversationalists who can adapt to each individual donor and conversation, responding effectively to concerns
• Independent workers, motivated to meet or exceed targets with limited supervision
• Motivated multitaskers able to represent various charities across different campaigns, while remaining focused on our goal of inspiring generosity
• Basic computer & data entry skills, including familiarity with Google Chrome, Gmail, and Google Chat

Relevant Experience:

• Call center: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Experience with Five9 and/or Salesforce is an asset, but not required

Requirements

• Access to a quiet home office space, free from distractions and background noise
• Must have wired USB headset with built-in microphone (Bluetooth devices and earbuds are not accepted)
• A laptop or desktop with Apple, Windows 10, or newer Operating System (Chromebooks and Windows XP are not supported)
• A reliable, uninterrupted internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30MBPS, and upload speed of 10MBPS
• A smartphone or tablet that can support multi-factor authentication apps
• Eligible candidates based in Canada, authorized to work full-time, who have a Canadian bank account to receive funds (We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time)

Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
